Contact-Free Service

Service is fully staffed and ready to take care of all your maintenance needs! The Service entrance has been opened, so if you need to come in and chat with us, please feel free. If you are uncomfortable coming into the dealership, no worries! Here is how we are doing contact-free service appointments:

To Book a Service Appointment

Call 920-750-6910 during Service hours (M-F 9am-6pm, Sat 9am-4pm) to talk to a Service Writer and schedule a drop-off time.  You can request service on our website as well. Click here to request a service.

Dropping Off Your Bike

When you arrive at the dealership, head over to the Service Entrance. To the right of the orange Service doors is the Keydrop desk. Fold-down the cover and fill out one of the Service Envelopes provided. Use your cell phone number, if possible, in case we have questions. When you’re done, place your keys in the envelope, seal it, and slip it through the Keydrop mail slot on the orange Service door.

We will call you with any questions or if we need more information from you. When your bike is done, we will call you to set up a pickup time.

One-On-One Motorcycle Sales Appointments

While walk-ins are certainly welcome, making an appointment will ensure that you are taken care of right away when you arrive and won’t have to wait to see a salesperson. Call 920-750-6900 during business hours or send an email to sales@appletonhd.com with your contact info and bike you’re interested in to schedule a one-on-one sales meeting. Your bike will be sanitized and ready for viewing!

Curbside Pickup Available

While you are welcome to come in and shop around, Curbside Pickup is still be available for Parts, Motorclothes, and General Merchandise. You can place your orders for pickup using these methods:

For Parts

Request your order on our website. Click here.
Call 920-750-6920 during business hours. Leave a voicemail, if prompted, with your name, best number to reach you, and a brief description of what you’re looking for.
Make sure to leave the best number to reach you at. We will call to confirm your order, ask any questions we may have, and take payment over the phone.
When arriving at the dealership, your items will be placed on the table in front of the Service entrance with your name. No need to check in, you may simply take your items and be on your way!

Motorclothes & General Merchandise

Shop clothing and apparel in our online store. Shop AHD online. Orders over $25 ship free! For a faster option, you can choose to pick up your items in store as well, no minimum required!

Call 920-750-6900 during business hours. We will take payment over the phone and have your order ready at the Motorclothes counter. We are also happy to run it outside for you if you do not wish to come inside. Just give us a call when you arrive!

You can check out Riding Gear at H-D.com! We carry many of the items they have on their website. When you find something you like, give us a call or send us a Facebook Message with the item name, part number, and size you’re looking for. We’ll set it aside for you if we have it in stock.
If you’re not sure of your sizing, call or message us to schedule a fitting. Items handled by other customers are set aside for 24 hours and cleaned, so you can be sure that the items are safe to handle as well.

Use Social Distancing

To maintain social distancing, we have areas marked off around the dealership including our entryway and around checkout areas in Parts and Motorclothes. Partitions have been placed in spots where social distancing is more difficult, such as registers to ensure a safe interaction.

Limited Capacity

To make it easier to maintain social distancing, we are limiting the number of individuals allowed in the store. During busier times, you may be asked to wait outside and/or form a line.
A greeter will be here to welcome you, answer any questions you have, and send you in the right direction.

Enhanced Cleaning Practices

We have revised our cleaning schedule to ensure all areas of the dealership are cleaned and sanitized throughout the day, with an emphasis on high-traffic areas and high-touch items like door handles and countertops. All employees have hand sanitizer, Lysol spray and wipes to clean products after each customer uses them. Employees have been instructed to wash their hands regularly as well.
Hand-sanitizing stations are located throughout the dealership for your convenience.

Face Masks Available For Purchase

We have several stylish cloth masks available for purchase. While the CDC recommends the use of masks, we do not require one to enter the store.
