It's almost riding season in Wisconsin! Schedule your bike pickup request online at least 48 hours in advanced. Thank you so much for being a valued Winter Storage customer! We'll see you this summer.

The process is easier than ever:
3. Select your preferred Date & Time
You will receive a confirmation email within a few minutes of submitting your request. If you don’t see one, check your Spam folder. 24 hours before your pickup time, you will receive a reminder email. If you need to cancel or reschedule your pickup, call 920-757-1651 or email us service@appletonhd.com as soon as you can.
ON PICKUP DAY
1. Check in with a Service Writer or Parts Associate when you get to the dealership.
2. Once you sign off on the pickup, you’ll receive a 15% off single-item coupon. Valid on your pickup day only.
Important Info For 2024 Spring Pickup
#1 We Need a 48-hour Notice
We have over 800 motorcycles in our Winter Storage this year. In order to properly retrieve your bike and go through our Check-Out process, we ask that you give us a 2-day notice. This ensures that we have enough time to:
- top off your tires
- address anything that may have been missed
- give it a quick wash/wipe down so it's beaming when you pick it up!
#2 All Pickups Must Be Scheduled Online
With this large volume and 48-hour waiting period, we don't want to miss a single bike! Even if you don't have a computer, the site is mobile-friendly, so you can book right from your phone!
#3 No Sunday Pickups
Since the Service Department is closed on Sundays we don't have the staff available to properly retrieve your bike. If Sundays are the only day you have, we understand! We can always deliver your bike or come up with another solution that works for you. Give us a call and we'll figure it out together.
#4 Do Not Schedule Multiple Pickup Times for One Bike
If you need to reschedule your pickup, just give us a call to cancel your appointment and we'll work with your schedule to find a time that is best for you.

For Multi-bike Customers
Please schedule a separate reservation for each bike you are picking up. This will help us to make sure nothing is missed on any of your bikes.
