Before You Apply

We receive a high volume of requests and give each one careful consideration. To keep our giving focused on the community we serve, your request should meet the following criteria:

30 Days' Notice

Requests must be submitted a minimum of 30 days before the date of your event so we have time to review and respond.

Local to the Fox Valley

The person or event should be located within approximately a 30-mile radius of the dealership.

A Meaningful Cause

Your request should represent a unique need in the community or involve the sport of motorcycling.

Nonprofit Details Ready

If you're requesting on behalf of a nonprofit, have your tax-exempt and/or federal ID number handy — it helps us process your request faster.

What Happens Next

Every request is read and considered by our team. Because of the volume we receive, we can't say yes to everything — but every cause gets a fair look.

We'll coordinate the details of the donation with you ahead of your event date so everything's ready when it counts.
